Movement analysis
You will receive instructions how to record yourself performing certain movements and kettlebell sport lifts. Once sent to me, I will analyse and send you back a debrief document with my key findings. If you have a coach, you can share the results with them and they can make recommendations for you.

If you do not currently have a coach or are unsure what to make of the key findings from the movement analysis, I can help! Within the debrief document, I will list out my recommendations that are specific to YOU so that it may improve your technique in the most efficient manner possible. As a bonus, we will also have a 30-minute Skype conversation where we will go over my findings and answer any questions you may have.

If you do not currently have a coach, I can help fill that void. Combined with efficient and safe technique, a properly executed program is paramount to mitigate the risk of injuries. Programs are administered in 12-week cycles, with weekly email check-ins and a 30-minute Skype call every 4 weeks.
